The Shimadzu UV-3600i Plus dual beam spectrophotometer is the first UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer with three detectors for the wavelength range 185 – 3300 nm. The instrument includes a photomultiplier in the UV and Vis ranges and an InGaAs and cooled PbS detector for the near-infrared range. The three detectors allow excellent sensitivity in the range between the photomultipliers and the PbS detectors. The instrument is controlled by LabSolutions UV-Vis software.
