The Shimadzu UV-2600i is a research spectrophotometer with adjustable spectral width, utilizing Shimadzu’s LO-RAY-LIGH™ beam technology. The UV-2700i spectrophotometer also features a dual shielding monochromator that drops stray light to a very low level and allows an absorbance range down to 8 Abs. The wavelength range of both instruments is 185 – 900 nm and with the integrating sphere 185 – 1400 nm. Both devices are controlled by Shimadzu’s LabSolutions UV/Vis software.
