AGX-V2 Material Tester – Versatile tester for all material testing applications

The AGX-V2 material tester is Shimadzu’s renewed flagship model for material testing. This laboratory instrument is an improved version of the previous AGX-V model and represents the best in the market in terms of technical features. It can be configured for a wide range of tests, including tensile, compression, bending and tear tests.

Accuracy and speed for strength testing

Ultra-fast 0.1 msec (10 kHz) measurement detects even the smallest force variations in brittle material load testing. During the test, strain can be measured with several different strain sensors and up to 20 channels can be read from the computer simultaneously.

Easy-to-use traction machine and versatile software

The tensile tester is easy to use, either with the touch-screen LCD panel alone or with the most user-friendly TrapeziumX-V2 software on the market, via a PC. The software runs on all versions of Windows and is not tied to the machine. Free updates are included in the license.

Comprehensive range of drawbars and accessories for different materials

The range includes a wide variety of holders (pulling jaws, grips), and it is possible to use your own holders with adapters. Environmental cabinets allow testing of plastics and other materials at the desired temperature and humidity.
