FOSS MilkoScan Mars is a powerful and easy-to-use analyser for milk, raw milk, cream and whey. The FTIR-based analysis measures up to 6 parameters per minute from a single sample.

Parameters measured include fat, protein, lactose, solids, non-fatty solids and freezing point depression.

In addition, the instrument is able to perform a product authenticity check.
