With the FOSS MeatMaster Flex in-line X-ray analyser, you can measure the fat content and weight of post-mill meat or smaller pieces of meat with high accuracy, as well as FOD (foreign object detection).
The device is compact in size, stands on wheels and can be mounted at an angle of up to 15 degrees, allowing convenient use at different stages of the production process, for fat stabilisation of differentiated meat masses. MeatMaster Flex can also calculate the protein and water content of the analysed meat.
