The company started its operations in 1996 under the name Fenno Medical Baltic OÜ, transferred to Ordior Oy in April 2006 and to Berner Eesti OÜ (a subsidiary of Berner Oy) in November 2016. Ordior Eesti OÜ imports and sells laboratory equipment and accessories from internationally renowned manufacturers and provides maintenance and spare parts for the equipment. The company operates on the Estonian market as an independent company, following local business practices, legislation and customer needs.
